this diet system to help you in your buttocks fat
You should
stop the wrong eating habits in order to get rid of buttocks fat. Besides, you
need to follow a healthy diet to help you in tightening this area. In this
article we will review one of the most successful diet systems allocated for
the buttocks and the legs.
* This diet
should be applied for 7 days in the month, and before you start you have to
follow some instructions to ensure its success and effectiveness, namely:
1. You should
drink at least eight glasses of water daily.
2. You should
walk at least half an hour a day.
3. Stay away
completely from eating any baked foods during the diet.
4. You can
add herbs and spices as you like when you cook your food.
5. You can
eat lettuce or cucumber if you feel hungry during the day.
6. You must
change the diet system every two weeks to break the routine and boredom.
*The first
and second day:
Break fast:
Eat a slice of cantaloupe with a glass of low fat yoghurt.
Lunch: Eat a
slice of grilled meat with spinach plus a dish of salad without oil.
Dinner: A
dish of green salad with tuna and add slices of onion, lemon and green pepper.
*The third
and fourth day:
Breakfast: An
orange or an apple with low-fat yoghurt.
Lunch: A
slice of grilled fish with a dish of green salad.
Dinner: A cup
of cornflakes with a glass of skim milk and a piece of fruit.
*The fifth and sixth day:
Breakfast:
One apple with a slice of watermelon and seven grains of strawberries.
Lunch: Eat a
plate of green vegetables consisting of okra or beans with eggplant and
artichoke with some tomato sauce.
Dinner: Eat a
dish of green salad with two slices of cheddar cheese and one boiled egg. Also,
you can add four slices of grilled turkey.
*The seventh
day is the same as the first day.
