Foods useful to nourish the hair
Your hair needs special care in order to take care of it and maintain its health and vitality. Hair products and recipes are not enough for maintaining healthy hair. In addition, you should take care of your food and include the important and useful elements which are needed for your hair.
*Dairy products: Like milk, yoghurt and low-fat cheese because they contain a high percentage of calcium which is important for your hair.
*All kinds of nuts: Like almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, walnuts and cashews because they are full of zinc and omega- 3 which protects the hair from embrittlement.
*Carrots: It has a high content of vitamin A, which nourishes the scalp.
*Whole grains: They contain a large amount of fiber, zinc and vitamins that nourishes the hair especially vitamin B, as well as minerals such as iron that works as nutrients for the hair.
*Fish: Especially salmon which is rich in omega- 3, vitamins like D, E and B 12, and iron which helps to renew the damaged hair cells and make it looks bright and healthy.
*Avocado: It is very useful for getting shiny hair and it helps to make your hair soft.
*Eggs: It is a major source of protein as well as containing calcium and vitamin B 12 which helps to treat hair problems like hair loss and brittlement.
*Meat: Such as chicken and red meat. They are rich in protein needed to strengthen the hair and stimulates it growth in a healthy way.
*Green vegetables: Such as green peppers, cucumber, broccoli, cauliflower, …… etc. They contain a high percentage of vitamins and minerals that contribute to maintaining healthy and beautiful hair.
