Advices for getting long hair

is no doubt that every girl dreams of long and strong hair. Thus, wee should
follow a good routine for hair care that will help to prevent falling of the
hair. Here are some advices for helping you getting longer and healthy hair.

The number of times you wash your hair and water temperature that you
use affects the length of your hair. Washing your hair more often and using hot
water leads to dry and brittle hair. So, do not wash your hair more than 3
times a week, and use cold water. If you can’t bear taking a cold shower, you
may wash your hair alone in the sink using cold water.

Dry your hair gently with a towel because drying the hair in a harsh
way causes breaking of the hair and doesn’t give it the chance to grow.

Do not use chemicals on your hair. Using shampoos and conditioners may
contribute to poor growth of the hair. Instead, you can use a shampoo which
consists of natural ingredients.

Use masks on your hair once every two weeks. Masks help to repair the damage
of the hair. You can use hot oil masks like coconut oil or almond oil.

Protect your hair from damage of the sun and wear a head cover in the
swimming pools to avoid the harmful effect of chlorine.

Eat more protein as it helps the hair to grow and makes it healthy and
shiny.

Drink plenty of water because dehydration of the body leads to dry and
brittle hair. You should drink at least 8 cups daily.

Cut your hair every 3 months to get rid of the damaged hair at the ends
of the hair.
