Advices to bring good luck in your life

We dont know what really good luck is and how it works. We dont know how to obtain good luck. Luck is an ambiguous thing that works on obscure ways. It makes you succeed and achieve your goals. Here are some ways to help you get some luck in your life.
-   If you arent organized in your life, you will always be stressed and you will lack productivity. But, if you are organized in your life having your home clean and organized, you will feel happy and lucky.
-   Thinking positive can really change your life. Stop thinking positive even if the circumstances around you are not encouraging. You should always gamble and be positive.
-   Try to be more adventurous and stop being coward. If you are scared sitting indoors instead of venturing out, the luck will be absent and will never come to you.
-   Tell yourself that you are a winner. Feeling that you will win will make you sure of your abilities that you are a smart person and you could do it. However, when you say to yourself that you will lose, then you will really lose and you wont achieve your goal.
-   You should believe in luck if you want it to come to you. Of course, supernatural magic might not exist. But, we just want you to dream a little bit and to believe in luck.
-   Dont spend your life weeping about missed opportunities. Instead, try to focus on the present and stop worrying about the future or dwelling on the past.

Sleep before 11 pm to lose weight and stay in shape!

When I hear someone complaining to me about having difficulty sleeping, I constantly try to figure out why, because it is something that also occurs to me every now and then. Sleeping difficulties can have different types of reasons, but in our article, I will only talk about the one that has the greatest influence on the human body.

Are my excess calories to blame because of sleeping past 11 pm?

The answer is, unfortunately, yes. On average, the test subjects slept at 11:23 pm. During their sleeping hours in bed, the people in the normal weight group who went to bed every day around 9:30 pm burned nearly 220 more calories than the people that went to bed very late at night.

Dr. Kristin Aschbacher, lead researcher of the study and  a psychologist, said people who manage to go to bed early at night (around 7 pm and 9 pm) eat better. Their diet frequently consists of fruits, vegetables, fibers, and proteins.

However, late sleepers are likely to have a diet based on fast foods and saturated fat and they tend to drink even more alcohol. The reason for the variation of diet between the two groups of people lies in the overproduction of leptin and ghrelin in their bodies, these two hormones which are responsible for controlling satiety and hunger. Bad sleeping habits affect these hormones in a negative way.

So let’s make some effort and try to sleep before 11 pm! This way we will not feel tired and keep our weight under control!
