How to be active in the morning


Most of us when we wake up feel that we are tired and lazy. We cannot leave our bed easily. We feel that we just want to go back to sleep again. Here are some tips that will help you feel active and motivated in the morning.
1- If you dont get enough sleep at night, you will feel lazy in the morning. So, try to go to bed an hour earlier. This extra hour will help you much to recharge your batteries. Eight hours sleeping is the time needed for sleeping for the adults.
2- Try to get out of your bed directly. If you always switch off your alarm, then its better to move it a way so that you will get out of your bed to switch it.
3- Drink a glass of water when you wake up. Dehydration while sleeping makes you feel dizzy. Drinking water will make you feel active.
4- A little of exercises like stretching exercises will get the blood circulating around your body again. Simply you can stretch your legs, arms, neck and your whole body. You will feel more awake after exercises.
5- Having breakfast is very important as it fuels your body and your brain. Breakfast is said to be the most important meal of the day.
6- If you remember your goals at the morning you will be motivated to get up to work.
7- Dont think negative thoughts when you wake up. Its not good if you start your day thinking about your mistakes and problems.
8- You can motivate your self if you want. Put yourself in good mood by thinking that your are good and successful.

Tips to improve your mood in the morning
Sometimes we wake up feeling depressed and frustrated. This feeling is so tough that it makes us unable to do anything because of our bad mood. However, there are some ways and tips that can help us to overcome our bad mood in the morning. Here are some of these tips.

-   Start your day with a balanced meal that contains carbohydrates and proteins. For example, try to have oatmeal or toast with peanut butter (and add a pinch of cinnamon powder which improves the mood). Also, moderate amount of caffeine raises the mood effectively.

-   Try to go out for exercise in the open air for few minutes. Researchers have found that people feel better after just five minutes of outdoor activities.

-   Drinking hot chocolate helps to improve the mood and the levels of vigilance. So, try to drink hot chocolate with skim or low- fat milk and dark chocolate as protein and carbohydrates in milk help to maintain the sugar blood levels stable until lunch, which will keep your mood high.

-   Researchers found that sniffing peppermint works to enhance mood and attention as well as fighting fatigue. Try to keep a bottle of raw peppermint oil or bag of tea and mint on your own desk so that you can sniff the positive odor which will make you awake. Also, you may chew mint gum at the morning to enhance mood and alert.

-   Do not jump immediately out of your bed when you wake up. Instead, take a few minutes to do stretching exercises while breathing deeply. These minutes will be very useful for you to listen to your body and breath and you will be more ready to work.

-   There is one thing you can do almost anywhere: a smile. Smiling will improve your mood which will be reflected on other people around you.


Reasons for the accumulation of fat in the lower part of your body
The accumulation of fat in the lower part of the body gives the body the shape of pear. This type of the body is common between women than men. There are many reasons that cause the problem of obesity in the lower part of the body.

-Increasing of femininity rates:
The increasing of femininity hormone more than its normal rate causes obesity, accumulation of fat in the lower part of the body and water retention in the body. Also, it causes many cancers like breast cancer. Sometimes the food we eat is loaded with harmful pesticides that increase the femininity hormones loading to buttocks inflation and chest increasing of its size.

-Poor eating habits and bad life style:
Junk foods lead to increasing of the accumulation of fat. Fat cells cause conversion of the male hormone teststron to femininity hormone estrogen. This leads to the accumulation of fats in the buttocks. Also, stress increases the femininity hormone which leads to accumulation of fats in the buttocks.

-Sitting for long periods leads to buttocks inflation.
The scientists discovered that the constant pressure and stretching in the fat cells leads to excretion of more than 50% of fats. Also, it causes serious health problems and it will short the lifetime.

-Pregnancy and childbirth:
There are many changes that happen in your hormones during pregnancy and childbirth. Also, pregnant woman may follow bad diet without doing any exercises and all these factors lead to the increasing of buttock size. Moreover, recurrent pregnancy causes flabbiness of the buttocks muscles in particular which causes the accumulation of fat in this area.
