hair damage is one o the most common and haunted problems facing women
constantly. There are many reasons lead to damage of the hair like frequent
hair dying, washing the hair daily with shampoo, and using hot water for
washing it. Also, using a narrow teeth comb and combing the hair violently
leads to hair damage. In addition, using hair dryers and creams continuously.
Here are some ways how to take care of damaged hair.

Cut the hair ends on a regular basis. It is very important to do this
to avoid embrittlement of the entire hair. Also, this method helps to get rid
of curly and damaged ends. It is advisable by beauty experts to cut hair ends
once every three months at least.

Comb your hair in a daily basis. Also, avoid sleeping on coarse billows
that work to increase hair entanglement and hinder combing it.

anti- dandruff shampoos or you can use apple cider vinegar mixed with water to
