to get a healthier body image
If you have a
negative feeling towards your body, then you are not alone. A lot of the girls
when they look at the mirror, they don’t like the shape of their body. Most of the girls are
not satisfied with their body image. Here is the solution of this problem
through some great tips that will help you estimate your body more.
- Make a list of ten
things that you like in your body and try to concentrate on those. You may like
your eyes, your hair, or your complexion. Try to read this list daily and you
will end up adding other things to the list.
- Try to be away from people who give harsh
remarks about others. These people will make you lose self confidence.
- Replace the negative thoughts of your body
with positive ones. Force your self to think about the good things that you
like in your body.
- Stay away from the media. You may be
frustrated with the perfect images you see in the media. Try to focus more on
the real image of the people around you.
- Do not compare yourself with someone else
because when you compare yourself with another person you don’t see his imperfections. So, stop
comparing your self with others and try to be more content with your own image.
- Start to take care of your body by doing
exercises. If your body became fit, you will feel more self – confident.
- Try to indulge yourself in a new hobby, or
studying a new qualification or you may share in some volunteer work. If your
life upgraded you will be more satisfied with yourself.
