for whitening the skin
If you want
to get white and pure skin, you should first follow a daily routine to clean
the skin. Make sure you clean and wash your skin twice a day, then use toner.
After that, you can use a moisturizer for the skin. Here are some recipes for
whitening the skin.
*Honey
and lemon.
Mix equal
amounts of lemon juice and honey. Distripute the mixture on the face and the
body. Leave for 10 minutes to 15 minutes. Rinse with warm water. Repeat this
recipe three times a week.
*Cucumber
and lemon juice.
Mix equal
amounts of lemon juice and cucumber juice. Apply the mixture on the face and
body and leave for 10 minutes to 15 minutes. Repeat this process twice a week.
*Cucumber
slices.
Before going
to bed massage your face with slices of cucumber and then apply cucumber juice and
leave it overnight. Wash your face in the morning and you will immediately
notice the brightness of the skin.
*Yogurt.
Use a thin
layer of yogurt on your face on a daily basis. Yogurt has a remarkable effect
in making the skin light and soft.
*White
radish
White radish
can be used as slices or juice. Each of them helps to whitening and lightening
the skin.
*Lemon
and tomatoes.
Mix a few
drops of lemon juice with a pure of one tomato. Then, apply the mixture on your
face and neck. Leave it for 15 minutes and then wash it with cold water. This
mixture purifies the skin and clean the pores.
*Banana.
Simply apply
some mashed banana on your skin daily for 30 minutes. It will give you a fresh
complexion and radiant skin.
