reach in the refrigerator. You may prepare fruit and vegetables and keep them
in a near place to reach them easily.

by having salad before meals. If you don’t want to make salad every day, then you can prepare
salad for couple days in advance. By this way you won’t skip salad.
- If you leave some food on the counter of your
kitchen, then you have to stop this habit. Put the food away in the cupboard to
avoid overeating.
- It’s advisable to downsize your dishes and spoons. By
this way you will eat smaller portions and you will notice the result in no
time.
- Don’t stay much time in your kitchen. When you spend a lot
of time in the kitchen, you will be more likely to eat much as you will be
surrounded by food.
- One of the easiest ways for losing weight is
putting out a fruit bowl. Therefore, when you feel puckish you will have an
apple or a banana instead of other snacks.
