How to take care of your dyed hair



The use of hair dyes causes damages and dryness to the hair. That’s why experts advise to take care of dyed hair to get rid of the harmful effects caused by dyes.



-         You should avoid exposure to the sun. When hair is exposed to sun for a long periods it may leads to loss of hair dye colour. It also leads to dry hair. So, it is advisable to use special creams to protect your hair from the harmful rays of the sun.



-         Stay away from hair dryers. It is preferable to use a towel for drying hair after a shower because the electric hair dryers may  cause damages for your hair and cause loss of dye colour as well.



-         Avoid excessive use of shampoos as it causes loss of colour and also loss of natural oils that protect hair dye and works on moisturizing hair. It is preferable to wait 24 after dying the hair and then you can use shampoos. In addition, it’s better to use special shampoos for dyed hair.



-         It is advisable to use some natural mixtures like olive oil and yoghurt. This recipe will help to moisturize the hair and protect it from the damage of the dye.



-         Drink a lot of water. You should at least drink 8 glasses of water or fresh juice to keep up to moisturize your hair.



-         Use conditioner as it helps to moisturize the hair and protect it from dryness that happens after dying it. It is preferable to use it after drying the dyed hair completely.



-         Cut the ends of the hair to keep it healthy and strong. It is advisable to do this every six weeks to keep your hair healthy and thick. Also, cutting the ends protect hair from brittlement caused by hair dyes.
