Breakfast is
certainly a very significant meal. A healthy breakfast fires you up and makes
you ready for your day. In general, children and teens who eat breakfast tend
to have more energy, do much better in school, and eat healthier during the
day. With no breakfast, people can get restless, irritable, and tired. During a
busy morning, it is easy to let breakfast fall out of your list of priorities,
although taking only a few minutes to have anything to eat can really make a
great difference to your day.
1.
Grapefruit.
Grapefruit
makes a delicious start to the day and it could help you lose weight as well.
Grapefruit is fueling, hydrating and it is full of antioxidants. Eating fruit
boosts the body’s fat burning capacities and helps to curb your appetite.
2. Greek
yoghurt.
Greek
yoghurt is an excellent low-fat source of protein which will fill you up for
quite a few calories. To give it a little more flavour, and some added
nourishment, add some of your personal best fresh fruit to a traditional Greek
Yoghurt. It is also a very great source of calcium which will help strengthen
bones and teeth.
3.
Blueberries.
Blueberries
include lots fewer calories than most
fruits, so you can stack them high on a breakfast cereal or add them to your
delicious Greek yoghurt and not bother at all about any calories.
4. Bananas.
Bananas are
a remarkably nutritious fruit. They are an excellent source of potassium, that
provides energy and lowers blood pressure, and they are rich in fibre, so they
will keep you feeling full for a long period of
time.
