Natural recipes for whitening knees and elbows

gel on the affected areas. Leave for 20 minutes, then rinse with warm water.
3. Sugar:
To
lighten the colour of your knees and elbows you can also use sugar. It helps to
exfoliate dead skin cells and make the skin soft as well. Mix equal amounts of
sugar and olive oil in order to make a thick paste. Apply this paste on the
knees and elbows and rub the mixture in a circular movement for 15 minutes.
Then, rinse with mild soap and warm water. Repeat this recipe once a day.
