Some
drinks for reducing buttocks fat
Of course most
women suffer from the accumulation of fat in the body areas, especially the
abdominal area and buttocks. Thus, every woman should keep track of what she
eats exactly in order to begin the changing of her diet. Also, every woman
should replace bad health habits with good ones. Like for example drinking hot
drinks helps to burn fats especially the tummy and the buttocks.
-First
recipe: Ginger and mint
*Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of grinded ginger – 1 tablespoon of rosemary – 1 tablespoon of
grinded mint – 1 tablespoon of green tea – 1 liter of water.
*Methods:
Boil all the
ingredients for 5 minutes then drain it and drink it. You should drink from 4 –
6 cups everyday. It is preferable also to drink one cup of this recipe before
eating by half an hour.
-Second
recipe: Cinnamon and cumin.
*Ingredients:
1 teaspoon of crushed ginger – quarter teaspoon cinnamon – 1 cup of boiled
water – 1 teaspoon of grinded cumin.
*Methods: Do
not boil the ingredients in the water – Just add them on the boiled water and
leave for 10 minutes. Drink it before every meal by half an hour.
-Third
recipe:
*Ingredients:
Bunch of parsley – celery – 2 pears – mint – 2 green apples – 4 lettuce leaves
– 1 teaspoon of honey – lemon – 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
*Methods:
Blend all the
ingredients in the blender. Then, leave it to cool before drinking it.
-Fourth
recipe:
*Ingredients:
Equal amounts of chamomile, rosemary, sage and ginger, as well as half a cup of
lemon juice.
*Methods:
Boil all these
ingredients for 5 minutes and drink it hot daily 3 times on an empty stomach
before breakfast, before lunch and before dinner at night.
