Foods help to moisturize the skin



There are many foods that help to moisturize the skin. You can add them in your meals or eat them in separate. In this article you will find some examples of these foods.



Red pepper:

It can be used in many food recipes and also it can be eaten alone. One pepper contains more that you needs daily from vitamin C. In addition, it is rich with carotenoids that give the skin vitality and freshness and eliminate acne.



Fruit:

It contains a large amount of fiber, vitamins, and minerals. In addition, it improves the skin especially cetris, melon, avocado, papaya and berries. In order to get more benefit from fruit you can eat it with some nuts.



Green tea:

 It contains a set of antioxidants that protect the skin from external factors that harm it. Also, it prevents damage of the skin. Moreover, it helps to delay the appearance of wrinkles and eliminate the inflammation of the skin.



Vitamin C:

It works on the production of collagen which is very important for the skin and gives it freshness. Some of the foods containing vitamin C are green peppers, orange juice, and cabbage.



Red grapes:

They contain antioxidants which helps to treat skin infections like eczema. It is recommended to take a bunch of red grapes every day in the morning.



Nuts:

Nuts are full of omega-3 fatty acids which helps in the renewal of skin cells and whiten tit. So, it is advisable to have some nuts every day at breakfast.
