Every girl in the world is dreaming of having skinny body. Although you should follow good diet system and do a lot of exercises to achieve your dream, but there are some easy tips and advices here that will help you to achieve your dream.
-   Say no to soft drinks: One of the most important ways to lose weight is to eliminate soft drinks completely even diet soft drinks. Do not have any drink containing soda as it is the first enemy of agility.
-   Drink plenty of water: Drinking water helps to cleanse your liver by itself. Scientific explanation says that the shortage of water hinders work of the kidney and reduces the livers ability to burn fat which leads to storing fat in the body.
-   Green salad: Lunch is the suitable time for green salad, carrots and parsley which are very important elements. Also, try to use olive oil as it is very useful and does not contain cholesterol.
-   Keep away from sugar: If you would like to lose weight quickly, you should keep away completely from sugar. You can replace it with natural or manufactured sweeteners.
-   Good breakfast, regular lunch and light dinner: Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. You need to have foods that are rich in calories in breakfast. Have a normal dinner and try to go out after having it. As for dinner, you should have it at least two hours before sleeping and it should be light dinner.
-   Do not mix fat and carbohydrates: Mixing them will make your body stores fat and calories. So, try to have each one of them alone.
-   One day without diet: You can have one day of the week without diet. This will help you avoid the feeling of deprivation but without going too far.
-   Drink some caffeine: You can have some tea or coffee but not much as it will help to increase metabolism, but keep away from soda.
-   Keep moving your body: Walking or doing some exercises will be enough at the beginning.
