The Secrets of fit girls that you
should know!
If you have
an itchy, dry scalp, it can be a regular inconvenience to you, and it can be
disturbing in society too. Also worse than this, if you continue on scratching
your scalp for too much time, it could cause hair loss and this could leave you
with bald patches. Here are simple natural remedies to treat dry scalp.
1. Lemon
juice
Lemon juice
has bactericidal characteristics that will combat the itchiness of a dry scalp
and it is also a great remedy for dandruff too. You should use lemon juice on
your scalp, or you could combine it with some of the other moisturising
constituents we have mentioned here. Remember to fully wash lemon juice out of
your hair, though, as it can have a bleaching result when shown to the sun.
2. Baking
soda
Baking soda
is an excellent ingredient to use with one of the hydrating components we have
discussed here and it will exfoliate the scalp and shed all the dead and flaky
skin and combat dandruff too. Try applying olive oil to your scalp and later
apply a paste of water and baking soda
and leave it on for around fifteen minutes.
3. Sage
There are
also a plenty of herbs that deliver a very helpful remedy for a dry scalp.
Sage, for instance, has the capability to remove the buildup of dead skin from
the scalp and block dryness. Steep a some fresh sage leaves in a cup of boiling
water. Let it chill, and later rub into the scalp, when you have shampooed your
hair.
