The winter

follow these tips and advices.

to get rid of the germs.
- Keeping exercises will make you healthy and
strong. You only need 15 minutes of exercises to help you keeping fit and
healthy as well as improving your mood.
- Sleeping well helps your immune system to be
able to fight off infections. If you get seven to eight hours sleep at night
your body will be able to fight off colds and the flu.
- Drink enough water to keep you hydrated. Try
to drink two litres of water every day because dehydration of the body leads to
illness.
- Eat well keeping a healthy balanced food to
give your body the needed vitamins and minerals.
- If you are smoking, you should give up
smoking as it weakens your immune system. Moreover, smoking makes the symptoms
of and disease worse when you are ill.
- Get out more and try to mingle with people.
When you contact with more people, your body will be able to fight off viruses
