sleep
What you do
before going to bed is very important as they affect on how you sleep. There
are some things when you do before going to bed will help you have a peaceful
night that when you wake up you will wake up with smile on your face.
- You should be relaxed before going to bed.
Don’t go to bed
with your mind racing. You may take a hot bath before sleeping or also you may
have a hot drink that you enjoy.
- Try to switch off any kind of technology
before going to bed with few hours.
- You may go for a walk at night instead of
sitting updating face book or an swering emails. Walking will help you sleep
better as it will help you to clear your mind and to be in a good mood.
- Reading is very good for helping you to
relax before sleeping. Try to have a book by your bed side in order to have
half an hour of reading before sleeping.
- Writing is very helpful for making you sleep
better at night. You may write a to – do list for what you have to do the next
day. Also, you may write down about your troubles and fears.
- Try to forgive those that have hurt you. Don’t let them ruin your life. Therefore,
you will sleep peacefully.
- Feeling gratitude will help you to feel more
positive and this feeling will last till the morning. You must be thankful for
the food you have and the house you live in. Also, you may thank the people who
have helped you during the day.
- Meditation before sleeping helps you to
clear your mind and calm your mind. Meditation helps to lower the stress and
helps you get rid of anxiety.
