Pregnant women are always confused about what to eat. They are worried whether the 
food they eat will be useful or not for the baby. In this article we brought for you some information about the best foods that a pregnant woman should eat.
*Broccoli:
It contains a lot of important nutrients that a woman needs during pregnancy. For example, floate and calcium. In addition, Broccoli is rich with antioxidants, fiber and vitamin C which are very useful for the mother and the baby.
*Sweet potatoes:
They are very good to be eaten during pregnancy. They are from the carotenoids that are transformed into vitamin A when they enter our bodies. Carotenoid contains a very good kind of vitamin A. Moreover, sweet potatoes contain a great amount of vitamin C, fiber and foliate as well.
*Nuts:
They are excellent for you and the baby as well. Nuts are rich with fiber, protein, vitamins and minerals. Also, they give you a good amount of magnesium you need everyday as a pregnant woman. You may not aware that you need magnesium a lot for its ability to prevent a premature birth as well as promoting your babys nervous system.
*Yoghurt:
Its very rich in calcium needed for bone development of the baby. In addition, yoghurt helps to fortify your bones, muscles and nerves and thats why muscles and nerves and thats why its very important for you during pregnancy.
*Berries:
The same as nut, berries can be an excellent alternative for sugar snacks. They are rich with fibre, foliate, vitamin C and potassium. You can eat any of black berries, raspberries or blueberries which all are very useful for you and your baby.
