How to get omega- 3 from your diet


          There are some kinds of fats which are useful for our health like omega- 3 fatty acids. It is considered one of the most important elements for nutrition for the children and the adults as well. We can take omega- 3 as pills. Also, there are many foods that contain a great amount of omega- 3 and here are some of them.
*Salmon:
It is one of the most important sources of omega- 3. Salmon can help to strengthen our immune system as it contains a great amount of protein and amino acids. Therefore, it can help to build up our muscles as well.
*Spinach:
We all know how spinach is very important for giving us strength from the animated cartoon of Popeye. The reason is that it is rich in omega 3, flavonoids and carotenoids. Moreover, spinach is very important for our bones as it is rich in vitamin K.
*Tuna:
It is a great source of omega- 3. Whether it is fresh or canned, tuna can provide us with a huge amount of potassium, proteins and selenium.
*Soybeans:
They are great sources for omega- 3. In addition, soybeans are rich in whole proteins, iron and calcium the same amount which is containing in meat products. Moreover, soy beans are rich is vitamins like vitamin E and B6, potassium, folic acid and other important minerals.
*Bell pepper:
Bell pepper is rich in omega- 3. Also, it contains other great elements like vitamin C, B6, A and magnesium.
*Sardines:

Canned sardines in oil are rich in omega- 3. In addition, they contain a great amount of Vitamin B12 which is very important for our cardiovascular and nervous system.
