How to take care of your neck
Your neck is exposed to many
factors that may make it black. So, it needs much care like any other part of
your skin. Here are some ways for taking care of your neck in a right way.

Neck massage:
Neck massage is very important
to avoid flabbiness of the neck area. It helps also to tighten the skin.
Massage your neck from the bottom up in vertical movements. Never massage your
neck in a circular movement or top- down.

Fruits for skin mask:
Fruit mask consists of mangoes,
watermelons, bananas, strawberries and some drops of lemon juice. This mask has
an impressive result and helps to whiten the neck quickly within a week.

Exfoliating the neck:
Use a mixture of oats,
yoghurt and drops of apple cider vinegar to make a mask. Apply the mask on your
neck at the evening and leave it for 15 minutes before washing it. It helps to
lighten the neck and to get rid of the dead skin as well as smoothing it.

Cleaning the neck:
When bathing, use facial
cleanser to clean the neck as well. Avoid use of harsh types of soap to the
neck area.

Make-up removal:
It is very important for skin
care to remove the remnants of makeup especially on the neck because neck skin
contains pores which may be blocked by the remnants of makeup and that leads at
the end to get dark neck.
